Leak Detection

The Pipe Spy will find your leak and create a report. If your meter is moving and the leak is not found you will only be charged $50. (Price may increase for large commercial properties or residential properties with multiple buildings).

Sewer Inspection

The Pipe Spy will scope and locate your mainline, locate your septic tank or cesspool, and provide a written report which includes photos of your pipe and locations. (Price may increase if a toilet needs to be removed, the run is over 100 feet, access to a cleanout is very tight, or other unexpected challenges arise).

ExposE Tank & Cesspool Caps

If necessary, the Pipe Spy will dig up the lid to your septic tank or cesspool in order to check if it needs pumped or to prepare for pumping.

Drain Cleaning

The Pipe Spy will snake or flush your drain and get it flowing again

Repairs & INstallation

The Pipe Spy will install cleanouts, septic tank cap risers, or perform minor repairs on compromised pipes.
